Eclipses 888

Who here loves the moon?? ME!!!

Who has been feeling the moon’s energies lately? ME!!

Who here is in sync with the moon?!! ME!!! LOL

Then why not dedicate a post to talk about the moon 🙂

& especially since we are currently just going through eclipse season (one more left, coming this Saturday the 11th August) I have to mention it.

Let’s start with the basics & some definitions 🙂

What is an Eclipse?

An eclipse is an obscuring of the light from one celestial body by the passage of another between it and the observer or between it and its source of illumination.

Right now we are going through an eclipse season!

  • 13 July 2018 Partial solar eclipse
  • 27-28 July 2018 Lunar eclipse (total)
  • 11 August 2018 solar eclipse (partial)
  • Eclipses are a time for exponential growth.
  • Eclipses are a time of rapid change, either from external or internal circumstances
  • Eclipses lead to dramatic and unavoidable shake-ups in our lives, and we often finally get the push to leave behind what we’ve outgrown, and embrace a new beginning.
  • Lunar eclipses always occur at the same time as a full moon
  • Lunar eclipses is when the Earth passes between the Moon & the Sun. The Earth shadow absorbs the moon or a portion of it
  • A solar eclipse is when the moon passes between the Earth & the sun, blocking all or portion of the sun.

The New moon represents the start of a new lunar cycle and occurs approximately every 29 days. When there is a new moon, the Earth, moon & sun are positioned in line.

The moon orbits the earth once a month & eclipses happen if it lines up exactly with the earth & the sun. Solar eclipses occur at the new moon, when the moon is between the earth and the sun. Eclipses do not take place every month, because the orbits of the moon and earth are tilted at an angle.

In summary:

Lunar eclipse = Night of FULL MOON = Earth is between Moon & Sun

Solar Eclipse = Night of NEW MOON = Moon is between Earth & Sun

How long does it take for a solar eclipse?

It is a popular misconception that the phenomenon of a total eclipse of the sun is a rare occurrence. Quite the contrary. Approximately once every 18 months (on average) a total solar eclipse is visible from some place on the Earth’s surface. That’s two totalities for every three years.

How many different types of eclipses are there?

There are four different types of solar eclipse, namely Partial eclipse, Annular eclipse, Total Eclipse and Hybrid Eclipse. A partial solar eclipse occurs when only part of the Sun is covered by the Moon which appears to take a “bite” out of the Sun.

Now that the basics are over with let’s talk about what’s happening right now on Earth – energetically!!

This is truly a great time to be alive and witness the changes that are happening. I know it’s been hard the past few months & year, but it was necessary as we let go of the old and allow the new to come in.

I am late on posting this information however, I wanted to mention it in case it helps anyone and provides an explanation to why you might be feeling the way you are feeling lately?! Also just before the special day tomorrow 8.8.2018!!! 🙂

Beside the 3 eclipses we are currently going through (July-August 2018) it is also that time of the year when Lions Gate Portal open. This happens every year, this year it opened around July 26th 2018 Full Moon Night (depending where you are in the world) and it will go on till the 12th August New Moon Night. And in between those dates there is an EXTRA special day = 8.08.2018

“Every year on the 8th of August, there is a “Lions Gateway” cosmic alignment. It is when the Earth gets aligned with the rest of the planetary objects and when the Sun makes a constellation of the Leo i.e. the Lion. Lions gate got its name from the constellation of Leo that results from the Sun”

The 26th of July was the beginning of the red Cosmic Moon year a New Galactic year. Between those dates, different vortex points all over Earth were and will be activated. You might see a lot of synchronicities, especially ones and fours even 144, as new information is being imprinted into our consciousness, all of which is connected to the 5th dimension.

This past full moon was about purging and releasing the old, a lot of things from our past traumas, pain, memories might resurface during this time to help us address them, deal with them, feel them, and let them go for good. No more repressing memories.

These eclipses were about opening our heart chakra in order for us to be able to hold the new light and frequency coming in to co-create New Earth.

However this is not the only time that we will experience an incredible influx of energy. The year 2018 is a special year. Why? Because this is the year we dive deeper into our soul power. This is the year where we will discover who we are, who we can be and all that we can create in the New Earth. This year 2018, is the year where we fully integrate the New Earth frequencies & begin to manifest a multi-dimensional New Earth.

Anyways I will leave it here, you can research and read more about it online from different sources & I will link two related links below:

I hope you all enjoyed reading this post as much as I enjoyed researching & typing it J

& Remember to always look after yourself especially this week, recharge, ground yourself, meditate daily if you can & especially around the 8th 🙂

& don’t forget to stay humble!

Lots of love, Arwa X
